		<description>That was SUCH a good article you sent through this morning - in fact I had to check the author because it was very much along the same lines as we heard about at work.  And boy I can really relate to the cramping in the feet while swimming, and now I know why - thanks!!

I&#039;m going to ditch the electrolyte drink too.  I guess if you need it as a psychological boost, throw a teaspoon of raro into it for flavour to make it taste like Replace.  I think keeping your energy up through carb consumption is more important than electrolytes anyway (and I probably have tended to get a bit confused with the two, thinking that consuming electrolyte drink will give me energy, but it just ain&#039;t so).</description>
